A drifting junkie got some castor beans and made ricin. Simple stuff really. Ricin is very deadly, although it must be in the hands of someone at least one more tier above a junkie to cause harm on a massive scale.
Oh, but if we just banned guns there would be no more violence! Seriously folks, there are much worse things to be worried about.
