This story is about some thieving punk, but what caught my attention was this:

The suspect has been charged with one count each of armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, malicious wounding, wounding in the commission of a felony, wearing a mask in public, the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
and brandishing a firearm.

WTF? I have never heard of anything like this.
