Ya think!?!?

Wow, DC drivers are almost the worst drivers in the nation. What's odd is that there had to be a study for people to believe it.

This explains why morons insist on riding slow in the passing lane.

It also explains how approximately 1 out of 4 cars that I pull over either have a driver with no permit, a multi-months expired registration or no insurance (this is including PG/Montgomery drivers in this group).
