Get your knife rights on

Aaron at Sharp, Bright, and Tactical WebMagazine brought to my attention a knife rights win in New Hampshire!

Good to go!

The 2nd Amendment is more than just firearms. Now, if they can just get blackjacks, "slung shots" (?), and metallic knuckles crossed off the list, life would be even sweeter!!

Hey Ctone!

I see you are a bit confused about the "slung shot", I was too. In the old days they would take a grape shot and knot around it until it resembled a black jack. I make them as a part of my 18th and 19th century sailor interpretation. I will toss one in my range bag to give to you if we get together at Fredricksburg. You just gotta promise me you will not take it to N.H. and get tossed in the jug. (grin)

I do have a habit of getting in trouble in other states!

Thanks for the info; I learn something new every day. The slung shot sounds like something that may work well on a key chain, kinda like a kubaton. The Monkey Fist sounds like a smaller version of what you describe. Bing image search wasn't very helpful, but I gotta say WOW, some really weird stuff is associated with the word slung shot! Wikipedia was the ticket though, as they have a short but good page on it.

Thanks much!
