The Second Amendment applies to cities and states too? Not just the federal government?

This news is making the rounds, and it's sickening to see how many journalists still think that the Constitution "grants" rights. What exactly do those folks learn in college again?

Even Fox News is reporting that the Supreme Court "Expanded the right" and decided that the "founders delegated" the right to us.

I sometimes wonder if these people even know what the Constitution is, let alone have ever read it.
This is what happens when the Federalist papers aren't required reading in school, and when the Constitution is barely glossed over.
