They may not be armed, but I bet it wouldn't take long to load them up. Like the F16s sitting stacked on the flight line a couple of months ago, I think this is gentle saber rattling by the US. There's more F15s sitting there in one place than most countries have in their entire fleet, and I'm guessing that that's the point of this beautiful dog-n-pony show.
