DC shooter-the-younger is telling tall tales in an attempt to increase his notoriety, which is probably all he has left to cling to. Too bad he doesn't get to ride Ol' Sparky to get the fame he really deserves.
Also, it is an insult to continue to call him a sniper which degrades professional snipers world wide. Shooting unarmed people at 75 feet does not make one a sniper, only a murderer.
