I almost didn't click on this story, but I'm glad I did.
A piece of shit war protester made and sold anti-war T-shirts with the names of dead Soldiers printed on them, and is now being sued by the parents of one of the dead Soldiers.
Is this sort of thing covered by the 1st Amendment? Time will tell, as the parents are suing for $40 billion in federal court in Tennessee; compensation for every Soldier, Marine, Sailor, and Airman killed in combat in the middle east since September 11th, 2001.
The parents may very well lose, but I hope this idiot gets run up the flagpole several times and bankrupted for being an ass before it's all said and done.
