Former Tucson Drug Enforcement Administration chief Tony Coulson lays out some damning information in the Fast and Furious debacle. I'm going to quote a big piece of this article because it sounds an awful lot like some of the stuff someone you may know has wrote about in the past, almost word for word:

Coulson also said most other law enforcement officials in Arizona knew Newell had a gun control agenda behind his actions with Fast and Furious and other operations. “Whenever Bill would make those [anti-gun rights] statements [with inflated gun trafficking statistics], everyone would roll their eyes and say, ‘when is someone going to call him on this?’” Coulson said. “That’s because it was only weapons which the Mexican government seized which they chose to trace back to the United States.”

“[Newell] is trying to make this political statement that there is this river of guns, which then the Mexican government picked up on, and said ‘it’s your guns, that’s why we’re having all this violence here,’” Coulson added. “And there’s never any accounting for the fact that probably a majority of the guns, in terms of what law enforcement generally knows, are coming up through Central America and they’recoming from other countries. The 90 percent figure has been debunked as you go along the way. It’s actually something considerably less. … They’re just picking a figure and saying 90 percent of the weapons they seized come from the U.S. Well, really, it’s 90 percent of the weapons that they choose to do a search on results in it originating from the U.S.”

Weird. It's like Coulson is telling the truth or something. I've pointed out before that Agent Newell is almost always the guy in the news harping on gun control, and that he has to know the information he's passing to the public is BS. I've also pointed out that the real military hardware used by the drug cartels is coming from Central and South American countries in the form of US weaponry that we gave those governments, or from the Mexican government itself. Though it's not something I'm usually concerned about, it does feel good to be right!

Interesting revelations in Project Gunwalker

There is more and more evidence coming out that the ATF was using Project Fast and Furious as a means for fluffing up the numbers of weapons going to Mexico in order to give US lawmakers a chance to push more gun control. If you notice, there's a name of an ATF Special Agent that keeps popping up - Agent Bill Newell, whom I've mentioned a few times before as one who is on the front lines to convince the US public that we're the cause of the cartels having weapons.

Reportercreature: "It doesn't seem like it's that difficult for them to get these guns."

ATF Special Agent Bill Newell Mangan: "It's uh, it's as easy as crossing the border."

With the help of our government, apparently.

This is going to be a major scandal, with or without the help of our shit media organizations. Good on the ATF agents and other ABC agents who have come out against Project Fast and Furious, and shame on agents like Newell who carry the water for gun controllers through lies and deceit.

Scumbag NBC4 writer unglued over GOP candidate

Crabill recently attended one of those "Tea Parties," where conservatives like to meet up and complain about Barack Obama for an afternoon. In an address to fellow rally-mates, Crabill stressed the importance of this November's state elections in stopping Marxism. But hey, if it doesn't work, she suggested, we can always have a violent revolution to overthrow the government -- it's what the Founding Fathers wanted all along!

Just so you know, writer Jim Newell is a delusional moonbat that gets overwhelming criticism in comments on just about every single childish post that he writes. He should be embarrassed, but yet he keeps on. This post is no different.

He links to a video of Catherine Crabill talking in the sort of strong language that was the standard when this country was founded, and tries to paint her as a kook - which she may well be for all I know. I didn't see anything to write home to mamma about; the left has been known to use tough talk to whip up a frenzy too, like over their hatred for the last president. Let's not forget.

People attend rallies to talk shit and get excited; it's the whole purpose. Newell apparently thinks that the Tea Parties are places for folks to sit around and talk quietly amongst themselves while they paint each others faces, get high, have sex, and talk about the peaceful type of revolution.

He then goes on to say something about the 2nd Amendment being about lobsters, grizzly bears, and the French. I'm a little confused there. I posted a comment to hopefully set him straight on the matter; and if you bother to click on the piece I suggest that you leave him a loving note as well. Oh, and no need to be gentle with him, here are some examples of the comments that he's used to receiving:

Anti-aircraft gun seized in Mexico

I'm waiting for ABC News to pick up on it and use sockpuppet ATF Agent Bill Newell to parrot how it was bought at a US gun show. Perhaps they will even give a Virginia Tech survivor $75,000 to buy one.

Update: Michael W. from Doin' the Time Warp (on the blogroll, too) in comments points to a post at Lagniappe's Lair who notes that the super deadly "Anti-aircraft gun" is actually a .30 caliber Browning 1919A4 machine gun, not a .50 caliber, and definitely not anti-aircraft. But guess what? It was built in the US many moons ago, so it qualifies as "coming from the US."

On a day when another major local headline is, "Va. Tech Shootings Archive Now for Public Viewing," some impeccably time-conscious citizens of Virginia tell the Washington Times they are prepared to open "the largest shooting range in the country" this week in Ashburn.

"Time conscious" huh? It's almost like he believes that there's something evil going on here, like the former Soldiers and federal agents that make up the staff of the Silver Eagle Group are so incompetently evil that they deliberately picked an arbitrary day to open their facility, instead of opening it on the day of the VA Tech massacre happened; a massacre of defenseless students in a school just like the one these guys will teach you how to survive in.

What, exactly, is your point?

Because the facility announced that it "is set to open this week" on the same day as NBC News announced the public release of a report from an incident that happened 22 months ago, we're supposed to think that there's some sort of intent? The information isn't even available online yet, so was the opening premature?

Get a freaking grip!

There's not even a hint of rationality in the whole thing as the author believes that everyone who wants firearm training is a lunatic (including military and law enforcement), and learning how to clear your house means that you really think that Al-Qaeda might break in at any moment.

The range's owners will "focus on helping residents, members of the military and police officers protect themselves in schools, homes and other real-life situations." Hmm.

It appears that we can edit this sentence to say this simply by removing a few cumbersome words: "... focus on helping residents ... protect themselves in schools." With guns, that is!

What a dipshit. To think that NBC News lets this retard write stuff is the reason why I only look to mainstream for material to mock.

Note to you gun haters: you might want to police up your idiots every now an then to ensure that you don't look so stupid. We realise that you are mostly just misguided, but having people like this on board makes you loose your credibility.

Just so there's no confusion, this is the face of media bias. Now that I've found two erronious and blatantly biased articles at NBC in fifteen minutes, how do I believe anything that they report? Do you think they get anything right on other subjects that you might be familiar with?
