Great film, Mr. DiCaprio gets high marks for this film, I misjudged his savy and capability, I'll see his films in the future due to his portrayal in BD, top shelf.

Sincerely,
Michael
US ArmyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1540162652707616108.post-79553850439435416252009-02-07T18:47:00.000-05:002009-02-07T18:47:00.000-05:00The Unknown revolver is a French Mle '73 and the u...The Unknown revolver is a French Mle '73 and the unknown knife looks like a Columbia River Knife and Tool M16 model.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1540162652707616108.post-57706197349563845532009-01-09T22:36:00.000-05:002009-01-09T22:36:00.000-05:00I agree that DiCaprio did a fantastic job handling...I agree that DiCaprio did a fantastic job handling weapons. Like you, I noticed that he kept both eyes open when he was firing on the move. This is a very advanced technique that is certainly something an ex-SpecOps soldier like Danny Archer (a member of 32 Battalion) would utilize. I also found his unloading/reloading of various weapons, round checks, and tactical grip to be very convincing and accurate. More than all of that, I absolutely love that he consistently takes that split second to obtain a proper sight picture before firing...very rare in movies. The only other movie that has been this accurate with weapon handling is Tears of the Sun...IMHO.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1540162652707616108.post-71175251798415670342008-06-01T22:30:00.000-04:002008-06-01T22:30:00.000-04:00Just gotta say again that I enjoy these every week...Just gotta say again that I enjoy these every week.
