Want a bona fide M24 sniper rifle?

The Army will be selling and raffling 4,000 of them off, starting midway through January.

    Aren't these basically Remington 700s? And while I understand the priority list, I don't see how #4 and #5 got on there.

    They are 700s, but they're accurized and include the scope and accessories.
